Unprofessional and unhelpful. We would give 0 stars if there was an option for it for the service we received from Hunters Harrow on the Hill Estate agents. They lacked in communications and didn't keep us updated on the progress of the flat which we reserved off plan in April 2020. They kept on giving different completion dates when asked. Initially were told that it would be completed by Q3 in 2021. We are now in 2022 and the flats are nowhere near completion. The layout plans for the flat kept on changing as well. They told us that they work for the developers and were quick enough to give us an ultimatum to provide solicitor details or the flat goes back on the market the next day, but they didn't find it important to answer our queries which were raised since June 2021 i.e room sizes, final floor plan etc. As the developer threatened to put the flat back on market we asked for our deposit back which was refused. We wanted happy memories buying our flat and this was just giving us nightmares. Hence we decided to send our last email to Hunters stating that we are not interested in the flat and they can keep our deposit as charity The so called sales negotiator called and told he will get back to us as he didn't want to lose us as customer, but till today he has not got in touch with us. We do hope that they use our Charity on improving their communication skills and improving their services.
