As a landlord my advice would be to avoid this agency, they are fine when all is going smoothly but as soon as there is an issue they are completely useless and do nothing to help resolve. I lost complete faith and trust in them and their ability ….from my experience they have not professionalised and developed their company inline with the growth of the business and extra properties they have taken on, therefore they can simply not cope or handle anything if it is not normal collection of rent. I was truly relieved to move my property away from them!

Do not use this Letting Agency as at the end of your tenancy agreement they will try to scam you and try to take your deposit for some made up reasons. I has to clean the flat myself after many times trying to get the filthy and nasty dirt cleaned by them. Their faces changed and their attitude went down once they got what they want.
