Unprofessional Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Unable to fully read emails before responding. Went as far as calling me names in emails which got sent back to me. Then tried telling me 'it was meant to be an internal email' as if that makes it ok. Contacted me later than when they were meant to regarding change of landlord and rental payments then acted as if I was refusing paymeny

I had a great experience with Let It Kettering, I logged an issue with our toilet at 1 pm and it was fixed by 4 pm the same day. This agents fees are superb compared to the others. I am a soldier and they took that into consideration and ensured that I was given a very good rate in relation to their management fee. The best around by far.
