After 23 years and due to work situation I had to sell my house and relocate. The whole process of moving was extremely emotional, however, Ian made it very easy and stress free. I was always able to contact him with any concerns. Provided a very professional, efficient and yet friendly service. Through effective vetting, viewings were very effective and my house was sold in just over a week. If I was in a position where I had to sell again I will definitely use this agent again. I will definitely recommend Ian and his team to anyone who wants to sell their house.
