I bought a house from Graham Whiteford if Scottish Property Hamilton & Keller Williams Estate Agents. The heating was broken, there’s was a leek under the sink, cracked fireplace, scratched living room window, no conservatory gutters, hoke in the roof & the kitchen ceiling had to be cut open to allow all the water from the bathroom out. All in all around £15,000 worth or repairs. Heating got a botched repair as did the leak under the sink. Graham Whiteford (estate agent owner & property owner) wouldn’t reimburse me the £40 cost of under sink repair!!No mention of these issues in the home report by Shepherds.
