Avoid Avoid Avoid!. Unhelpful, liars & racist. I bought items from these liars on abider. I travelled from London to collect my items. There was an accident 15 minutes to their location. I phoned to let them know about the accident and begged for extra time. They refused. I stayed in a hotel and went to collect my item the next morning. I could not collect one of my items due to space and asked to collect another time or relisted for their next auction. I was treated with disdain and refused on both request. They informed me that any items left will be construed as "abandoned" and will be scrapped. Their items were not as described. Contrary to their extrapolations, they relisted my item weeks latter and kept my money. I will be contacting abider to officially request that they de- platformed these entities and their inhumane activities. I wasted my time, money and energy dealing with these entities. I coursed the day I decided to engaged this company.
