The way they treat Tennant's is appalling, they have no respect for people renting,awful attitude, rude and patronizing. Accused me of damaging window blinds which was rubbish , in the end the couldn't justify their complaints and withdrew them. Hounded me for weeks and recieved several snotty e mails about a carpet I had apparently laid without permission, I had received permission to do this from the landlord through their office months earlier, they just hadn't bothered checking. They didn't even have the correct room , the bloke who came to do an inspection was again rude and patronizing and hadn't bothered to check anything before commenting. Recieved no apology for any of this, just constant hassle. I could not recommend this agency for rentals.
