This agent are responsible for horrifying neglect of the homes of elderly and vulnerable people. Water pouring in through roofs and walls they refuse to for for many years, lift out of action for many months, blind residents in their 90s being carried through highly illegal fire doors and down many flights of stairs by emergency staff while the lift is non-operational. Truly awful and legal action being taken. They should have their license to operate revoked.
