Recently used Maxfields to rent my house out for the first time. Having been my family home for 25 years I wanted to find a tenant that fitted in with my requirements. Contacted Maxfields after leaving a message with another agent who failed to get back to me (to be fair the other agent did contact me after I’d gone with Maxfields and think someone was in for a telling off) Karen attended at the arranged time and found her very pleasant and easy to deal with. Advice was given in terms of what needed to be done to get the house ready and instructed them to market it for me. Quite a lot of viewings followed with feedback on each one. Eventually settled on the tenant who’s just moved in and hopefully be trouble free. Big thanks to Andy and Robert for their patience and friendly reception when I either rang or dropped in the office to speak with them. To summarise they’re a professional, friendly, helpful team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maxfields.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
