Barbera
By : 'dissatisfied'
Services : Letting(I am a Landlord / Landlady)
Would you recommend ? : No
Called this company three times spoke to Barbera on the telephone who informed me someone from team will call me, there seems only to be her there on her own, she doesnt have a clue and is extremely rude and abusive, she even slammed the telephone down on me. Only wanted market appraisal and to see if they are memebers of any regulatory bodies to validate claims of high standards. Anyway it appears they are not regualted and already have had issues with unregulated agents in Reading. Landlords avoid at all costs. Our property are assets and lower fees can be preilous. They do not value customer service

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
