Lying, incompetent clowns. At this moment I've had a house on sale with them that's been under offer for nine months. I've been chasing and chasing and reassured every step of the way that progress was being made toward completion only to find out now that the buyer doesn't even have a mortgage offer yet! This has cost me THOUSANDS in mortgage payments, council tax, arrears and fees. They lied to me all along just to keep me with their firm. And then I find the original agent has LEFT! They have left me penniless. Not just incompetent but utterly fraudulent. I'm now seeking legal advice.
