I called this agent regarding a property they had available to let, I have a dog and I was advised this was no problem they knew the landlords well. We decided to arrange a viewing but because we are currently overseas my parents had agreed to view the property on our behalf, day of the viewing we were called and asked if we could do an earlier slot which was no problem but when my parents arrived there was nobody at the property and they had to wait a futher 20 minutes for the agent to arrive! We were shown by video call around the property and agreed it suited our needs so wanted to proceed. Emails were sent and nothing heard until I chased it up to be very sternly told by a lady it was in process and they would get back to me as soon as they knew more but quite frankly a repsonse to my email would of been just as efficent although apparently they were busy training so could not answer emails. Now I have been told the information I was given was incorrect and the landlord will not accept my dog as he is too big!! Thanks for wasting my time my parents had a 6 hour round trip to view this property which was a complete farce and I am less than impressed!!
