Well Let Your House

Would not recommend renting through this estate agent! I moved in to a house with so many problems that they promised to fix and never did. I spent my own money fixing these problems as I needed a nice house for me and my children to live in. Problems have continued to arise through out the 4 years I have lived here and they do absoloutly nothing to help to rectify them! I have put new carpets in through out downstairs, taken off the wood chip in the kitchen and re painted (had a professional in to do this which cost over £700) and many more things and they just totally egnore me when I call to ask for help with problems I have. At the moment I am waiting for them to fix my radiator in my living room it's absoloutly freezing in there as I can't turn it on and it is leaking its now been arround 4 weeks and nothing. I have had to contact my landlord directly and just hope that he sends someone out to sort it. Also waiting for a replacement cupboard as they left the leek for so long the wood has swolen and the cupboard is now scrap. If I hadn't done so much to this house (all old carpets will be put back down if I move as I've kept them) & my children weren't settled in schools I would be looking for somewhere else to live.
