A company who are unique in their approach to relationship management and service provision for those unfortunate to be associated with them. Mismanagement of funds, little or no recognition of issues that require discussion, and a Head of Property Management who displays no indication of how to talk to people, totally incompetent. Driven purely by the P&L accounting process and making a profit at the expense of their customers, and accounting procedures that whilst may be legal, are morally and ethically flawed. Avoid at all costs... i wish i could.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
