Happened twice now within my family. Very poor customer service. Never return calls Unable to get viewings. Was told someone would get back to me about a viewing heard nothing so telephoned them to say I hadn’t heard anything to which the abrupt person replied well how did you contact us I replied by email so was told to wait for an email. So rude
