I would be obliged if you could provide me with evidence of your claim as I find it impossible to believe - perhaps you should contact me with the details as it is illegal to charge more than agreed in writing. In relation to the letting side of things if your daughter hadn't provided misleading information on her application form the tenancy would have proceeded. We did everything we could to progress her application but she kept telling us many different stories about her employment status and who she actually did, or didn't, work for which meant her application could not go through. Wow the arrogance of this company. Reading this review from their customer really shows what contempt they have for their customers. I’ve also had a terrible time with this company. Plenty of other much better agents in Beverley. Avoid this one!
