Don't follow through with their promises. Gave me a deal to sell my home and then changed it to encourage me to stay with them. Ended up paying more than the original quote. Messed daughter about with a rental property and now it's up for rent with another agent and she is homeless! Worst agents ever used.

I would be obliged if you could provide me with evidence of your claim as I find it impossible to believe - perhaps you should contact me with the details as it is illegal to charge more than agreed in writing. I will update this response if you do actually provide me with evidence of your claim. In relation to the letting side of things if your daughter hadn't provided misleading information on her application form the tenancy would have proceeded. We did everything we could to progress her application but she kept telling us many different stories about her employment status and who she actually did, or didn't, work for which meant her application could not go through. If your claims are true please ring me on 01482 389651 to discuss further - I'm quite surprised you didn't contact us yourself in light of your serious allegations which could be considered libelous however I will contact our legal advisers to deal with that on our behalf.

Quick response now! Fastest ever. I did complain at the time to the branch and said I wasn't happy about the fees. Funny that nobody was quick to put it right at the time. You've already wasted enough of my time.

Interesting response - I can only assume you don't want to get in touch with me because your allegations are, as we believe, false. No comment on your daughter wasting all our time with her misleading application?

Wow the arrogance of this company. Reading this review from their customer really shows what contempt they have for their customers. I’ve also had a terrible time with this company. Plenty of other much better agents in Beverley. Avoid this one!
