I just wanted to write a few words about Laura Smith. When I first spoke with Laura I was going through a lot of stuff and had no idea about private renting. She was so incredibly helpful, patient and kind. It truly was an absolute pleasure to work with her and get moved in to my flat. She is an asset your company! She deserves a raise and employee of the month for all the help and support she has given me. I cannot thank her enough for everything!! :)

Dealt with Jane Thorne directly for a flat rental and found her to be thoroughly unprofessional and lacking in common courtesy. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
