WORST COMPANY IN THE WHOLE WORLD! NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. BE WARNED! MONEY GRABBING xxxxxx! OMG this company is absolute xxxxx. I can't say any thing good about them at all. First things first, they never ring back, they never email back, they hang up on you when you are in the middle of a conversation. Myself and my husband have been waiting for repairs for a year. The house is absolutly disgusting. Promises always made and never stuck to. There have been 3 builders in a year come to the property and have noted how bad the damage is from the last tennant. BUT.......only ever to look and apparently send a 'quote' to the landlord. Still waiting. We have mould growing in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living room but apparently nothing can be done because its condensation from the windows! The doors have no door handles, the bathroom tiles are broken, the fence at the back is broken, the front door is constantly sticking and we have to yank it open constantly and bang into it which has caused a lot of injury, none of the doors shut, the arial for the tv was broken, the cooker hood dosent work, the fire in living room dosent work and the heaters in the bedroom dont work, the windows dont open, the back door dosent open, the guttering is leaking. We had a builder come out to look at our kitchen light because that didnt work and he ripped it out. Also he supposedly fixed the pipes under the bath because they were in two pieces. A few days later, the kitchen flooded through the kitchen light which could have killed us! All the company says is that they can't spend the landlords money and they will email him to which he never replies! Its our money that we work hard for not his! Now we are trying to get out of this place and we need a reference for a flat. We have had to pay £24 to have a reference faxed over by the end of the day and they havent even bnothered to do it! Also they informed us that our tenancy was coming to an end. We didnt have anywhere else to go so decided we would have to stay in this godforsaken place until we could afford to move out. They charged a tenancy renewal fee of £125 for 2 years!!! I hate this company more than anything in the whole world and can't wait to get out from them. Funny though that I was a day late paying the rent and they rang and said we are in arrears and even when it was paid they sent a letter. We have been up to date with our rent for the last year and have been good tenants just to keep them happy. The staff are rude and sarcastic and basically do fuck all to help you. And apparently they shut at 5:30pm but I rang at 5:15pm and a message said they are now shut! I am now reporting this company to every organisation going including watchdog and the BBC. We have had enough. All they care about is money and taking the piss. God help them when I have finished with them. Please heed my warning everyone. Keep well clear!
