If i could give no stars i would, we were in a chain that involved 2 properties being handled by Park estates. We were using another agent.We have had our house sale fall through now due to the incompetence of Park estates and the useless sales progression. A property in the chain had a tenant in which no one knew about until 3/4 weeks ago and we would never have agreed our sale had we known. we have sold half of our house contents a car and have been paying 2 mortgages based on the omission of vital information that morally should have been passed on at the off set. Now thanks to their underhanded tactics 3 families are having to start again, beware they really are terrible

I have recently bought and sold a property through Park Estates and I found their service professional and friendly from start to finish.
