Extremely poor attitude and telephone manner to prospective customers. Two telephone calls, and I'm still reeling from how I was spoken to on both occasions. I am a buyer with 50% deposit and am in a position to buy immediately and move within 6 weeks. If you are a seller, I would seriously think twice about using this agent.. as a buyer, even I like your property I would not buy through them on principle. Please train your staff in how to deal politely with people.

These are the worst lettings agents ever to be allowed to trade. They manage properties that are in need of knocking down, don't protect tenants deposits then charge innocent people money that God only knows where they get the numbers from.
