Extremely unreliable, repairs not completed as promised, moved out 2.5 weeks ago and they are being difficult about processing the deposit. Bearing in mind they own not only this estate agent's they have just bought another, they also own a large rugby club and local cricket club. They have evicted 6 separate tenants to sell their houses. All of the moving costs that each tenant has had to incur to line their pockets, and they are delaying discussions over the return of deposits.
