Tim Russ & Company Estate Agents in Thame blow any negative stereotypes out of the water! We chose Tim Russ & Company Estate Agents because they were straightforward in their initial approach, gave no unreasonable expectations about the price we could achieve for our house and were very clear about what we could expect when we sold with them. And then, when through no fault of Tim Russ, it all went horribly wrong for an extended, and highly stressful, period of time their experienced negotiator Dominic kept us informed, (relatively) sane, and made extraordinary efforts to ensure that our sale completed, despite some very odd behaviours from 'professionals' further down the line. All with exemplary professionalism, manifesting itself in (very) good humour, excellent negotiation and mediation skills, and real patience. Importantly, we felt respected and valued, despite the problems with this sale. We are very happy to recommend this professional, efficient and trustworthy branch of Tim Russ & Company Estate Agents. We could not have handled this on our own. Thank you.
