It took me over a year as a tenant constantly emailing and calling to get any action taken on the disgusting mould and damp issues in this property, and now Breckon are refusing to help me as they say this is my fault for not having my windows open 24/7, we are literally living in inhabitable conditions, Breckon are absolutely useless

Right I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 and to be honest if it would be possible I would give Breckon & Breckon 0 stars. Do not trust your property with these people - as long as they are taking your money they just don’t care about it. The attached pictures show our newly laid lawn after the house had been apparently ‘managed’ by Breckon and Breckon. Their excuse... the weather... Read Full Review

Samantha was helpful and always responded to any questions quickly. She was accurate in describing the condition of the house and helping us find somewhere that pets would be accepted. Writing as a landlord, Jessica Wulff at Breckons, has been very good. Honest and helpful. Jess tries to keep a good balance between the landlord and the tenant.
