BRG Gibson Auctions

Completed the "Auction Passport Account Details" but it kept refusing to move on due to "Please complete the following required details before continuing". I checked the form several times and could see nothing not completed nor was anything highlighted. I contacted their head office and was asked what property I was interested in. It was for auction later in the day and I was then asked to ring Allen's mobile, he then asked me to ring Toni's mobile. She said she would have to ring their head office and come back to me. I heard nothing more, no missed calls or no messages left. I left message on Allen's phone to say that I had heard nothing since and they made it look like they didn't want others to bid! Very disappointed with the lack of service as at no time did they say that I had left it too late to be permitted to bid.
