Unreliable and unprofessional. They never call you back when they say they will. They don't care if there is an issue and you need help. They just want to take your money basically and as soon as this happens they let you deal with any issues you have and they go on to the next sale/letting. My partner and I started renting a property, Fox and Sons are managing and since the very beginning everything was wrong with this agency. We initially wanted to see another property and they booked us in for a viewing just to tell us on they day of the viewing that the property was already gone. In the end we decided to rent the property we currently are still in and when they had to give us a temporary permit for the parking, they first reassured us that we don't need to act about the parking because they would call the company to give them our plate number (which I provided them with over the phone for that reason) but after that they decided to send us an email saying that we have to stick on the car screen that email as a temporary permit until we get the full permit. The mail ended up in the junk and nobody noticed it on time. They never called us to let us know about this important thing we had to do to avoid paying for any additional fee and therefore we had to pay £60 fee, for the very first time we parked in the new property. This could be the definition of miscommunication... Another thing is that now they have locked the door of the water meter reader (don't get it...) and we are having issues with the water company so we need access to it. I have called them already one week ago and they said that they are going to call immediately the maintenance team to get them unlock the door and have the problem solved for us asap. Guess what... One week later I'm trying to contact them again and ask what happened and when they answer the phone they say "we are busy now we will call you later to discuss about it" and of course they never call.

Alice Woodruff continues to fail to my deposit. We are now 34 days past my vacation date.
