Steer clear of this agent! When I viewed the property, before I paid the holding deposit, I forgot to view the communal washer / dryer room on the first floor so I asked the agent in the street whether it was above the flat I'd viewed; she replied that it wasn't but actually the washer and dryer are directly above the bedroom of the flat I lived in. When I moved in, there was no check in report/photos because "the property was fully refurbished" even though it wasn't: the kitchen cupboards weren't new, dirty windows, dirty shower screen, dirty mark on kitchen floor so I compiled an amendments report. At the end of the tenancy, this was used against me to argue that inconspicuous wall damage should've been noted and as it wasn't, I must've done it! I didn't notice it and didn't do it. In addition to £190 for that, they wanted £160 for cleaning even though the flat wasn't clean in the first place and they had no evidence from the start of the tenancy so it went to tenancy deposit dispute adjudication and I'm glad to say that I got my entire deposit back minus £1.67 for 5 mins of cleaning!

Stay away from this agents. Especially from a specific property Mannion Court, Scotland Green, Tottenham, London, N17 9TS. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
