We made an active decision to choose Grimshaw for our house sale because of the positive experience we had had 22 years earlier when we purchased our home and because all our neighbours speak highly of them. We were not disappointed with our decision. Grimshaws are a highly professional company but also provide a very personal service. They were meticulously prepared for our initial meeting and offered very realistic advice with evidence to back it up. They have a wealth of knowledge about the local area and provided many viewers who were all appropriate for our house. In addition, they were extremely conscientious and helpful throughout the sale process.
