Gez was fantastic, I am excited to write about the warm and customer-centered service received from her. We connected on WhatsApp and from day1, she was ensuring I get updates on the latest houses to rent in Liverpool. She tried to fix viewings for me at the slightest notice I give her. This to me was exceptional from all the agents I encountered in Liverpool. On the day of viewing, she took me to 2 places, I was happy with both. She ensured I see the third one, broaden my options. She answered all my questions honestly. She didn't try to sweet talk me into renting the houses she showed me. She told me a lot about the places we saw, especially access to trains/nurseries. We talked about her beautiful 3year old daughter. She was cordial and a good conversationist.
