greedy,lazy and fraud after 10 years of neglect,it took him 15 months to fix a toilet and tried to charge me for a section 21 from 2018,would not recomend him,full of lies and hes contractor is not qualified and wants to look at my bankstatements as househunters cant do the maths

If I could give 0 star I would. I rented a 1 bed house 13 years ago and never got my deposit back. The owner of estate took the cash (£250) claiming my deposit needed to cover admin fees!!
