They don't even deserve a star. Shocking company, that show no respect, rude and rip you off in terms of deposit asking for extra money.

14 Nov 2022Hi Luke, I am truly amazed by your 1-star review. Due to COVID 19, your property refurbishment wasn't completed on time. To ensure you had somewhere to live, we provided you with a different property that was also brand new. You and your mates trashed it by literally never cleaning and smoking in the property. Once your intended property was ready, we moved you out of the temporary one and into the newly-refurbed property that you had signed up for. You and your friends completely trashed that one as well, despite warnings that doing so will lead to deductions that would likely exceed the amount held in deposit for you. I'm willing to hold my hands up when we have made a mistake or could have done something better, however you and your friends had no respect for the brand new properties you were given, and were simply held responsible for your actions.

Absolutely awful do not use. One of the staff made me cry after throwing out my belongings prior to moving in despite me telling them where I had left them.
