Daniel on the Sales team was instrumental in finding us a property which suited our needs in a very challenging market. Having access to his local knowledge really helped us since we didn't know the area very well. His experience was also invaluable in the negotiation of exchange and completion dates with the vendor and resulted in an arrangement which suited all parties.
