What a absolute shames of a company. Think they should change there name to Dumbdale estates. I have had problems with this company when they were based in Listerhills, Bradford.Things have not changed. Initially asked to provide funding details prior to a viewing, when done I got a viewing 3 weeks away. Had the pleasure if of dealing with Dumbdale no.1 **. (*) she does not work work weekends or evenings and viewing are 9 to 5. And you'll be lucky to get a viewing any time sooner then 3 weeks. I just think if I had instructed a estate agents firm to market the sale of my property I would expect them to go out of there way to sell it for the best price. Not the case here. Maybe you guys are in the wrong line of business, I can only conclude if your not actively marketing/ Doing viewings you must be trying to purchase yourself at reduced prices. NOT ETHICAL If you have the misfortune of coming across Dumbsdale dealing with your sale, ask for weekly updates and get contact details from interested parties to get there feedback. Not to be trusted

We work on instructions from our client which in this case is to pre-vet and obtain funding before viewing to ensure quality over quantity. You did not wait three weeks. Your character assassination of Sue Goulding is unfounded and incorrect as she does work weekends. For the record there are offers on this property, one of which will possibly be accepted. Which has been made by a willing and able buyer. You were given a viewing which met with your requirements, however you then changed your mind and became unavailable and as a result have not viewed the property in question. As you clearly do not see that we act in the very best interest of our clients who trust us with their asset, we note you will not be in contact with us again in the future. 10 Sept 2021This is the whole point you have a offer on the table, with out conducting viewings. Quality over quantity ? really . I am sure the seller would clearly agree. Its a very clear business model, in case you have have failed to digest. Viewing , offer made sale completed. If I am not able to get a viewing for 3 weeks away, and make a offer how does the buyer get the best price. You are really beyond help I understand

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
