Scotish property centre Motherwell branch . Yesterday I put offer on the property they advertise 40 Brodick avenue , Motherwell , ML1 3PS, which was advertise at 48k with home report of 48k , I offer them 50k which was accepted by estate agent and landlord , they confirm me and I send offer through solicitor yesterday , they put in advertisement under offer , today morning they surprise me that there is another offer which is more then you , I told her that once deal done why you are taking offers , they are really very greedy , unhonest , unreliable , unfair people of this Motherwell branch , pls stay away from them as you can , either selling your property , buying or renting the property. There are many reliable companies in market , your-move , MO Mo properties , jewel properties .

4 Feb 2022I have had this very same situation happen to me only a few days ago by an estate agent working for this branch. Had a Formal offer accepted on a property the house taken off of the market only for the estate agent to then take another offer to the client and have them withdraw from our formal agreement. I have spoken to many other estate agencies over the last couple of days as we are now searching for a new property and when explaining the situation they have advised that this is completely unethical and not common practice.
