Just the worst experience. My request to view a property was handled by someone who has only been there a week. Didn't take any details from me when I first called, let alone the correct details. Called me at least 5 times to ask me the same questions over and over again. Asked me to reconfirm my phone number, even though she had called me! Referred to me by different names throughout all my conversations with her. Then called to cancel the appointment four hours before the confirmed viewing time, and then when it was rescheduled for two hours earlier, she was an hour late to the viewing and didn't have the keys. I had driven over an hour from outside of London (at short notice due to her previous cancellation) to be there on time, and the attitude was just so blasé. Once she had retrieved the keys from down the road (another 15 minute wait), she wasn't able to open the door and asked me to try instead. Said she had never seen the property so if I had questions she would have to call the office. Ultimately, we were unable to actually view the property as she had the wrong keys all along. Proceeded to call the landlord in front of me to tell them that 'the client was very upset'. When I asked who was available at the office for me to call, she said 'nobody, it's just me and it's my first week so I'm new to this'. Two hours of completely wasted time. Not sure who would entrust these cowboys with their expensive properties, but I certainly would never deal with them again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this estate agency, They're using my pictures to advertise their properties on Rightmove/Zoopla. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
