Really un-Happy with this service, I rented a flat in padiham what was suppose to be a fully furnished flat but all the furniture was falling apart when i moved it around ( the furniture was wooden and looked years old, sofa was white leather but really dirty unclean and zips didnt work neither the oven. fridge or the lights in most rooms ( things i didnt check befor sighning tenancy agreement , I messaged about this to see if i can get rid of the furniture but i was refused at 1st even though I mentioned the terrible state all these items was in so i stored it in a room, i moved pictures on the wall what had holes behind them not knowing this untill i couple of days living in the flat when i decided to move things (cook ) ect, washer down stairs the door falls off and i was charged 388 but on my tenancy my rent is 375 i argued this at the beggining but couldnt find my tennancy to prove it but recently found it in my partners home, i have now been rang off ZERO deposit saying they are wanting over 400 for the removal of the landlords things even though i left a £600 sofa in this property for them draws i baught tv stand, i really think this business is their to take what they can off who ever they can im absuletly discusted because over the phone and to your face they are really nice people. i am now going to take this to court as i have being thretoned with fines but being on the phone to my solicitor and he is happy to take on my case and apply for money back i will be owed from the state this property was in and the stress this caused on my behalf and to have the cheek to try to get more money from me even though the conditions of this flat was apauling! so i will see you in court. i wouldnt of gone to this extent at all but these people are trying to squeeze me for every bit they can, ill never rent from entwhistle green again
