Poor service. Very rarely answer the phone and seem very uninterested in letting properties. There seems to be some discrimination taking place as initially quite responsive and ask "is it just yourself looking to rent?" then as soon as you mention you have a family, the tone changes and they'll try and get in touch with the landlord and only get back in touch with you if you can have a viewing. Never heard back so chased again to find out that they had no record of my initial enquiry and had to start the whole process again. Waited and didn't hear back so I phoned and got told that they didn't have access to the property yet and therefore couldn't speak to the landlord or arrange viewings...bit odd but okay. Then when my partner contacted them to view the property and said they were a single occupant, they were suddenly able to offer a viewing and now the property has actually been let in spite of everything they said as soon as they found out we were a family. Essentially this estate agent seem to be unresponsive, unprofessional and discriminatory liars and I would not use no matter what. I have seen similar stories, having now looked through the reviews and can only say to others that I cannot stress enough how poor they were.

25 Sept 2021I have contacted this reviewer directly and provided a detailed response. In summary – the property had not been let, only withdrawn from marketing due to the high demand for viewings – no viewings had taken place at the time of the review although they had been arranged – of these viewings (6), five had children as had all previous tenants of this property – the tenants who were subsequently offered the property have children – due to the high level of demand in our rented properties, we only contact parties if we are able to offer a viewing, they are advised of this at point of first contact – the partner did not contact us and say she was a single occupant, and therefore the alleged viewing was not offered - in investigating this review and communicating with the reviewer, it is evident there were assumptions, inconsistencies and inaccuracies in the portrayed version of events.
