People found this helpful2
Their front of house staff are some of the rudest , most obnoxious and condescending people I've met. You are made to feel that you are wasting their time. The service Morgan provides is poor to say the least. They tried to fob us off repeatedly when we reported safety concerns within our property and only after threatening to escalate did they suddenly perform a u-turn. A truly awful company. Steer well clear.
