The family property went up for sale in mid April, and within a few days we had over 20 bookings for viewings - a great start! None of the family lived nearby so MHL were handling all viewings for us. The MHL team were very organised, and we received emails and texts for each booking, and they obtained feedback from all viewings (where prospective buyers were willing to provide feedback). This kept us involved and informed. Once there was an offer accepted MHL kept an eye on the property for us, and on more than one occasion returned to the house to check items and documents left (utility service plans etc), and took meter readings in the lead up to the final days before the completion. Sharon was in touch by phone / email regularly providing updates on progress on things like surveys, liaising with our buyers, and our solicitors to keep the buying process on track. Any queries we had were answered promptly, and it never felt like she didn't have time to deal with our questions. Our house sale was chain free, however the Trust on the house made things complex and Sharon kept our buyers informed and assured that we were pushing the sale through, and in the end it took 12 weeks to complete. She was invaluable to us and her and her teams service is highly recommended. 5*, big thumbs up, and we sent flowers and chocolates to Sharon and the team as a thank you because she, and they did go above and beyond.

Very poor service. Had to chase them for the rent every month. Failed to respond to emails and phone calls.
