If I could give this agency no stars, I would happily do so. This company are awful and should be avoided at all costs. The number of times we have had to call about maintenance work is astounding! We arrived in the property with half the lightbulbs working and no curtains or suitable blinds in many of the rooms. One of the fridges didn't work and only had one shelf in it and one of the showers was off the wall. As I am writing this, we still haven't received our deposit back and our tenancy finished 23 days ago. We were told there were no issues with the property and we should expect the deposit back within 14 days. It astounds me that this agency receives customers and I hope that no one has an experience similar to ours - but I highly doubt that they won't.
