Terrible landlords, our property was severely run down with no maintenance having been carried out in over 5 years. We also had an issue with rats within our property. Anytime we called malhotra they would hang up or ignore our calls. Our story was featured In the evening times newspaper. AVOID THIS LANDLORD!
