These solicitors are representing the vendors of the property I am buying and are solely responsible for delays in the process. They do not answer queries from my solicitor or the estate agent for weeks and sometimes months. They are responsible for sorting out the management pack but the management company are stating that they have not communicated with them. These solicitors appear to be ones to be avoided. I will be sending them my stamp duty bill if this runs beyond September as they are creating delays where they needn't occur.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
