Lack of knowledge , lacking good management, overcharging, do not deal with problem, do seem to have a clue. All this from a previously brilliant company. What went so wrong? Would recommend do t get involved.

Absolutely terrible company. They’ve issued invoices services that were never completed and still can’t provide a single receipt or any proof of work — not even the entire year of 2024. It’s disgraceful behaviour and feels like daylight robbery. Avoid at all ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
