I tried to rent a flat in Newark but my hard efforts was useless. I have waited 13 days and I got no answer from them. Also you MUST be in employment. But they aren't interested to say this before application process. You will provide sensitive personal info for them and you will get nothing back. Like why to ask for sensitive personal info, holding deposit if I am not in employment or you aren't going to rent a flat anyway after all? Absurd. If you can afford to wait 13 days and be left on the ice after trying to make kind, honest deal, you will like them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
