well. Loveitts!! from what i have experienced so far, are THE poorest estate agents i have used & i have used alot of them ! the owner of the house changed to these, after not being happy with the service of their last managing agent. Im sure they are now regretting their decision They arranged an inspection as the new agent. nobody showed. ( this was less than a week later than arranging the appointment with them ) They do not reply to emails unless they want something. last week alone I asked the same question in 2 emails, I got no response. They like to pass the buck to another colleague. " I believe Lauren answered that question" and "i believe Avril answered that" NO..it wasnt answered at all. I was just ignored asking an important question.. Nobody is doing their job correctly ! i took a complaint further than the brick wall that seems to be the Nuneaton office and dealt with the manager at Coventry ( Paul ), he decided to stop the conversation prior to a conclusion and go on holiday for 2 weeks without informing me through the emails we were sharing, just left me hanging. I give honest reviews & i can at anytime add photos to back up my review all in all. Wow. these people get your money ! why?! we have now purchased our own home so thankfully will not need to deal with these agents for much longer Im fully aware as a renter for many many years somebody needing a property, will take that property no matter who its up to let with, we have no choice. But owners of homes, looking for a letting agent, please read and digest the poor attention to detail this company possesses
