Terrible expérience. After accepting our offer, they gave us in written that thy have accepted our offer.they kept showing house to other people. We wanted à quote for the swimming pool liner which we saw only it was damaged on our second visit. Agents didnt talk about it during the 1st visit. House had cracks in the ceiling, a whole in the garden. As buyers we have the right to know the cause of these problèms ( especially when the house was costing us 650000 pound). They have delaying to give us quote and threatening us, they will keep showing house to others. So we stayed polite and kept waiting until our mortgage appointement, we had booked à sollicitor on the side and then did our own research about the liner. On the day of the mortgage appointement, they said they accepted another offer and the buyer secured the house by paying. So they wasted 4 weeks of our life where we have been doing all thé nécessary to buy this house. Team is not reliable. Be really careful with them.
