After a clash of opinions, we decided to part company and thought it would be best not to review the company over this. We were informed by our subsequent agents that he was warned about us by the senior partner calling us point scorers. It was odd how the new agent knew the number of previous agents we've had managing our property. When Martin Marlin were confronted about this he was clearly upset that we had parted company, kept going over old ground and he said that he told the agent to make sure he did a good job. Not sure what to believe so I've thrown in in the ring of a review, but doesn't really look good on the senior partner. After all of you are paying for a service you expect to get a good one, but this doesn't seem to be the case after reading a previous review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
