Were at the start of the purchasing process, but wow, what a fabulous service from Karen and Cranes! Were relocating some 300 miles, and this causes a few unique problems in itself, but the assistance given re local knowledge etc has been hugely appreciated, as well as Karen bending over backwards to help us find our ideal property, and arranging convenient viewing times for us. Fantastic front end service, and instills confidence that Id be very happy for Karen to manage our purchase for us.... even from 300 miles away! Top job ! Highly recommended.

Poor admin, very disorganised. One lady who has 'shown us around' a couple of houses wasn't interested in talking to us at all and came across very badly. we were very disappointed in the service we received from Crane&Co Michael Crane come to our house to give us a valuation he then tells you how much better they are from all the other agents we believed him, we put our house with them even though they were the most expensive yes they found us ... Really pleased with this company. They looked after us very well and kept us informed throughout with regular calls and news.
