Do not rent with homegroup!! They have made me and my small child live in a stage 1 hazard property for 5 years never taking responsibility for what they have done… the repairs needed to make the home habitable again cost a whopping 18000+ pounds!! I have been forced to live with severe cases of damp and mould and yearly infestations of rats, which they put blame on me even when the findings found many of broken access points and poor maintenance and I even stopped putting food and shopping in my home to not be at fault and still they came to move in (the rats) I’ve stressed the negative impact it has had on mine and my sons mental health and they are still making situations worse for me!!
