I have recently moved into a property. At first the agency is really attentive and answers all your questions and very quick to respond. However, as a professional myself, I found it extremely difficult to get any answers after the move was settled. They provide you with no advice. I have been trying to find out about the fob for the building that is still not working which I was told during the key collection to check with the agency who now has redirected me to someone else who I still haven’t heard back from. This has been over a month now. I am also trying to find about the access to electricity meters which again I get no response. It’s as if they’ve made their money and now they don’t really care about their customers. As a professional, their customer service is really poor and badly managed. Prior to, they have mentioned we can ask them if they have any questions. My emails now don’t get responded to either. They’ve definitely washed their hands once they’ve given you the property. If I knew the agency was difficult to deal with I would have known not to sign up with them.

Requested them to let my property in se16. After meeting a striking young lady who came across initially very sweet, I felt fairly assured.
