We recently bought a house in Wokingham for our son. We had the very good fortune to have Prospect in Wokingham as the sellers Estate agent and more notably Keagan Impey as our main link. As one of the sales team Keagan could not have done more for us had he tried. Despite representing the seller Keagan treated us with the utmost professionalism. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and at times went out of his way to deal with our needs. Nothing was too much for him. During the sales process, he arranged for us to visit the property on several occasions, despite complications getting keys. He responded very quickly to our requests, notably where others were not inclined to do so. He made sure that the seller and their solicitors took action when there were frustrating delays and he made sure that we were kept fully updated. Keagan was the lynchpin in our purchase and to be brutally honest had he not been so very helpful and accommodating we would have withdrawn from the purchase in other circumstances.
